Easter Monday Portraits
My parents visited me in London over Easter. While they were down I thought it would be a good idea to take some photos.
Pictured above is my father. I didn't think my mother would appreciate having her face plastered across a public website though, so she remains absent.

The Folly of Self Portraits
I have been debating with myself whether to post the above portrait. Although I look very earnest, the photo is meant to be anything but.
Recently I invested in a honeycomb grid reflector set. The grids, which slot onto the front of the reflector, narrow the beam of light. There are three to choose from, and each produces a different angle of spread. I was eager to try them out, and in lieu of a model, I had to use myself.
